The significance of servant leadership is increasingly acknowledged in contemporary society. When the topic of “leadership” arises, students might question, “Isn’t a leader someone who wields power and directs others?” Why is the term “servant” highlighted? This course aims to explore and experience the philosophy and tenets of servant leadership. By means of lectures, workshops, and a training camp, participants will acquire the skills to evolve into leaders capable of uniting a team, fostering collaboration, and implementing the principles of servant leadership in forthcoming group endeavours or activities. These experiences will nurture the growth of students’ future professional leadership abilities.
