The Mentor Programme was launched with the aims of enriching social exposures, improving communication skills and broadening the horizons of students through sharing and interactions with College alumni. The Overseas Mentoring Programme provides students with opportunities to share experiences with overseas College alumni through emails and other social media platforms.

The Mentor Programme Committee has organized various career-oriented talks and workshops for students, including “CV Clinic”, “Mock Interview and Career Consultation Workshop” and “How to Look Smart: Grooming Tips for Interview”, and etc. Alumni from different professions are invited to be the guest speakers to share their experience and offer career advice to students.
