The debit note of CUHK Term 2 tuition fee will be sent to students’ CWEM Mailbox in mid-January.  

Students who need to apply for deferment of tuition fee / hostel fee, please fill in the application form which can be downloaded HERE, and upload the completed form together with the electronic debit note (downloaded from http://portal.cuhk.edu.hk) to https://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/webform/view.php?id=13701326 or return to the Student Development Office, Chung Chi College in person by 24/1/2025 (Friday) 3:00pm.

Remarks: For students who have already applied for the 1st deferment and need to apply for further deferment of payment, please fill in the attached application form and return with relevant supporting documents to the Student Development Office of Chung Chi College IN PERSON by 29/4/2025 (Tuesday).
