Bad Weather Arrangement for Chung Chi College Annual Graduation Photo-Taking Exercise 2026

Due to recent unstable weather conditions, the College will announce by 11:00 a.m. on Friday, 27 February whether the bad weather arrangements will be implemented.

Should the bad weather arrangements be activated, the arrangements are as follows:

• Faculty / departmental societies celebration activities
  Booths originally set up along Pond Crescent will be relocated to the Chung Chi Multi-Purpose Hall and the Pommerenke Student Centre Car Park.

• Class Photo

The class photo session will be arranged according to the prevailing weather conditions:

1. Light rain / weather permitting: The class photo will proceed as scheduled. Minor adjustments may be made, including postponement to later in the afternoon; details will be announced on the day.
2. Heavy rain: The class photo will be rescheduled :

4.  Gather at 1:30 p.m.
5.  Photo-taking at 2:00 p.m

• Departmental Photos
  Departmental photo sessions in Chung Chi College Chapel will proceed as planned unless a Black Rainstorm Warning, Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above, or Extreme Conditions Warning is in effect.

The College will confirm by 11:00 a.m. on 27 February whether the bad weather arrangements will be implemented. Please check your email and the College website for updates.

Chung Chi College Annual Graduation Photo-taking Exercise 2026

The graduation photo-taking exercise with the Class of 2026 will be held on February 27, 2026 (Friday). Details of the arrangement are listed as follows. Please also refer to the attached Notes for Annual Graduation Photo-taking Exercise for details.

Time: 1:30pm to 2:00pm (entrance closes at 1:55pm)
Venue: Terrace of Lingnan Stadium

Venue: Chung Chi College Chapel

Faculty and departmental societies planning to hold celebration activities for the graduating class on February 27, 2026 by setting up photo-taking booths at CC Campus MUST register online from January 5 (Monday) to January 23 (Friday).
