Eligibility
1. Be Chung Chi College students who have substantial financial needs and do not reside in student hostels in 2024/2025
2. Attained a minimum GPA of 2.50 in the 2024/2025 Term 1
3. Have contributed to the College or participated in College student societies
4. Demonstrate potential to make contribution at the hostels
