【同學萬花筒 Kaleidoscope of Students】近年來,情緒病及心理健康等話題在媒體上漸多出現,雖說大眾對它們的關注有所提升,但因着社會風氣和誤解,使不少潛在情緒病患者仍不敢或不知如何求助。應屆心理系畢業生潘凱琳(Karen)藉着 #崇基圓夢計劃 幫助,建立網上平台及社交媒體專頁「 #等一等 Just A Moment」(JAM),發放有關心理健康和自我成長的心理學資訊,並為受心理困擾的人士配對所需服務。讓我們透過以下短片,了解Karen最初是受到什麼啟發而創辦JAM,以及她和團隊在過去一年的創業路上因疫情所遇到的種種挑戰。
Even though public awareness on mental illness and mental well-being has increased in recent years, people with mental health needs are still prevented from seeking help by the social atmosphere. Trying to address the issue, with the support from Dreaming through Chung Chi Scheme, Miss Karen Poon, a psychology graduate of the College, has built the online platform “Just A Moment” (JAM) to convey psychology knowledge and arrange mental consultation services for potential sufferers of mental disturbances.
