The Christian Universities of China pioneered in co-education and in providing residential facilities. We continue both practices. Like them we stress the personal contacts of staff and students. Students must not be distracted from rigorous work in classroom, laboratory and library, yet it is equally important that they develop healthy bodies and personalities and grow mature in social relationships.
