In all institutions it is persons who count... It is the fellowship of teachers, staff and students who care about the work they are doing, who give of their best in the doing of it and value the quality of their service more than the rewards they receive. It is they who make the institution work; without them no institution will work well. And Chung Chi will still be the same college, with the same people serving it, with students brought up in the same traditions. There is every reason therefore to believe that it will make a success of this next chapter in its life.
