Products’Conditions

1. Products' photos are for reference only. Any minor color difference varies from the product photos may be due to the lighting for photo shooting, the resolution of display monitor or personal perception.
2. Size chart provided is for reference only. There may be around 1-2 cm deviation.

Payment and Delivery

We accept Credit Card, cheque and cash. Customers can choose between self pick-up and delivery by S.F. Express. Only shipment to local address is available currently.

For overseas shipment, please contact Mr. Tse, bennytse@cuhk.edu.hk, for enquiry. 

Details as below:

1. Credit Card: Delivery by S.F. Express* OR self pick-up at Chung Chi College Office^
2. Cheque: Delivery by S.F. Express*# only
3. Cash: Self pick-up at Chung Chi College Office only ^

* A shipment fee of HK$30 will be charged if total weight of products purchased does not exist 1kg. Shipment fee will be charged according to product(s) weight if the total exists 1kg. The fee should be paid in advance (by credit card online or by cheque). The products will be shipped out within five to ten working days upon receipt of the payment.

# Please send a crossed cheque (cheque amount equals to the sum of products cost and the shipment fee) to Chung Chi College Administration Building.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm (Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)

Return and Exchange

Once an order is placed, all products purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shopping Flow

1. Select the appropriate style and quantity and add your item(s) to the shopping cart.
2. Review your items in the shopping cart, edit your order details if necessary, and proceed to checkout.
3. Enter your contact information, choose between shipping and self pick-up, and select a suitable payment method.
4. If you have chosen to settle the payment by credit card online, a credit card transaction window will pop up. Follow the instruction to complete the transaction.
5. Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive an “Order Acknowledgement email”.
6. For customers who have selected delivery by S.F. Express, a shipment fee of HK$30 will be charged if total weight of products purchased does not exist 1kg. Shipment fee will be charged according to product(s) weight if the total exists 1kg. The fee should be paid in advance (by credit card online or by cheque). The products will be shipped out within five to ten working days upon receipt of the payment. Once your items are prepared for shipment, you will receive a “Shipment Notification email” with tracking information.
