You are cordially invited to participate in the Vice-Chancellor’s Cup of Student Entrepreneurship (VCCE) 2024, organised by the Office of Research and Knowledge Transfer Services (ORKTS) and Center for Entrepreneurship (CfE).

The VCCE starts with a mixer event for you to meet like-minded entrepreneurs and equip you for pitching at the final judging round. Winning individuals/teams may win up to HK$ 10,000 and also have a chance to represent CUHK to participate in other regional, national, and/or international entrepreneurship competitions.

In addition, individuals/teams reaching the final judging round are eligible to be enrolled in a mentorship programme, and a chance to be admitted to the PILOTS (PI Lift Off To Success) LITE programme offered by CUHK PI (Pre-Incubation) Centre, which provides further resources and professional support to kick-start your entrepreneurial dream!

ligibility

• All CUHK students (undergraduate and postgraduate) (full time and part time) in ANY discipline, who have an innovative idea and a passion for creating significant human, social, or market value.
• Applicants can apply as individuals or teams. Individual applicant or the Team Leader MUST be a CUHK current student.

Prize

• Champion:           HK$ 10,000
• 1st Runner-up:     HK$ 8,000
• 2nd Runner-up:   HK$ 6,000
• Up to HK$3,000 milestone award for each team enrolled to the mentorship programme
