New academic year, new music adventures await! On Mondays during teaching weeks, Midday Oasis provides a breathing space for students, teachers & staff of CUHK, and also the community to refresh and refuel themselves with beautiful vocal and instrumental music. Our concert series will resume on September 1 with award-winning Dr. Anne Lam (Organ) playing virtuosic solo pieces & transcriptions. Program includes Litaize’s Prélude et Danse Fuguée, Vierne’s Naïades, and Wagner’s (trans. Lemare) Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg Overture. On September 8, Mary Ma (Voice) & Tsang Man Sze (Saxophone) will perform a program with the theme ‘Love and Dreams’. The duo will bring you classic tunes including“Make You Feel My Love”,“Can You Feel the Love Tonight",“I Believe I Can Fly”&“A Million Dreams”.
