Photo and Video Collection for Farewell Assembly

Class of 2025 Chung Chi College

      The 2025 Class Society is currently preparing for the farewell assembly to be held on 11^th  April, 2025. There will be a series of celebratory activities, including the screening of a video featuring the campus life of Chung Chi graduates. To facilitate the collection of materials, we cordially invite all members to provide photos and videos. The details for submission are as follows:

Content and Format:

1.    Only photos and videos that are related to the campus life of our members at Chung Chi College will be accepted.

2.    All submitted photos and videos must be free from any indecent, violent, pornographic, defamatory, unhealthy,

insulting, or controversial content.

3.    Please ensure that all photos and videos are clear and identifiable.

4.    Photo files should be submitted in JPG format and the file size should not exceed 20MB; while videos should be

submitted in MP4 format,with a size not exceeding 2GB. 

5.    Consent must be obtained from all individuals present in the photos and videos prior to submission.

Submission Method:

1.    Please upload your files to Google Drive/OneDrive and set the sharing link to ‘edit’ permissions for everyone.

2.    Send the Google Drive/OneDrive file link to classsociety2025@gmail.com.

3.    For ease of organisation, please include the theme and date in the file or photo name, for example:

“21ChungChiOcamp_31_8_2021”.

Terms and Conditions:

1.    The submitted files and photos will be used solely for the activities of the 2025 Class Society.

2.    The 2025 Class Society reserves the right to the final interpretation of the use of files and photos.
