
A. Online Registration System and Information on Registration (Part B Assembly):
- Please make online registration as soon as possible through the “CUHK RAS System”: http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/ras and refer to the guideline HERE.
- After logging in with the “CUHK email and OnePass password”, please choose “CC College Assemblies (Part B)” to register for TWO assembly sessions.
- Students can swap their registered Assembly session(s) via “CUHK RAS System” before the Thursday of the corresponding Assembly by 1:00 pm.
- Students who have registered for a particular Assembly would receive an email reminder at or before 5:00 pm, on Thursday before the corresponding Assembly.
B. Make Up Arrangement:
- For students who have missed one assembly in the Second Term - Part A, you can log in to the CUHK RAS: http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/ras from 2:30 pm on March 14, 2025 onwards to register for One Alternative Activities to Assembly” (AAA) that would be held in this term to meet the Part A requirement:
- For students who have missed one assembly in the Second Term - Part B, you can log in to the CUHK RAS: http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/ras from 2:30 pm on March 14, 2025 onwards to register for the following sessions to meet the Part B requirement:
- one assembly session to be held on 21/3, 28/3 OR 11/4
- one AAA that would be held in this term.
C. Pre-assignment of All Final Year Students for “Farewell Assembly”
All final year students are pre-assigned for the “Farewell Assembly” to be held on April 11, 2025. If final year students are not going to attend the Farewell Assembly, they have to SWAP to another assembly at the “CUHK RAS System” from 3rd January (Fri) 10:00 a.m. to 10th April (Thu) 1:00 p.m..
D. Attendance Checking:
Students may check his/her record of attendance by logging in to the link: https://www.web.ccc.cuhk.edu.hk/assembly-attendance-system/, on which record of attendance should have been uploaded within seven days after the Assembly.

Remarks:
Arrangement for assemblies in Second Term, 2024/25:
- There are 11 Assemblies in this term, and they are divided into 2 parts (Part A: 1st to 5th Assemblies and Part B: 6th to 11th Assemblies). Students are required to fulfill the laid down attendance requirement as set below:
- Students should attend a total of 4 Assemblies in this term;
- Students should take TWO assemblies from Part A and TWO other assemblies from Part B;
- The College assemblies in this term will be held at the “Chung Chi College Chapel”. Students may also attend College assemblies by watching live broadcast at the “Divinity School Chapel, G/F, President Chi-tung Yung Memorial Building”;
- Students should attend at least ONE assembly at the “Chung Chi College Chapel” venue in this term.

- There will be NO “Walk-in” arrangement in this term. Students who show up at the assembly venues without any advanced online registration will NOT be allowed to enter the venue.
- Other than the regular Friday Assemblies, the College also organizes “Alternative Activities to Assembly” (AAA). The College accepts the completion of at most ONE recognized “AAA” each term as equivalent to an attendance record of College Assemblies, either in the Part A or the Part B of the same term. Students can refer to the details of “AAA” and make registration through the CUHK RAS System on 3rd January, 2025 (Friday). Prior registration is required due to limited quota.
