Summer Soup Lunch was organised by Chung Chi College Staff Club at the College Staff Club Clubhouse Restaurant on 3 September. The luncheon featured seasonal delicacies with medicinal ingredients, along with specially crafted nourishing soups that helped participants recuperate their bodies to prepare for the new semester. Professor Lin Zhixiu, Director of the School of Chinese Medicine, introduced the menu design before lunch.
