On 12 December 2024, College Secretary Dr. Tong Wing-sze (4th left, front row) delivered a presentation to the Most Revd Andrew Chan (5th left, front row), Archbishop and Primate of Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui, and priests of the Diocese of Western Kowloon. She spoke on the vision of Bishop Ronald Owen Hall in founding Chung Chi and the College’s Project E development.
