Chung Chi Student Development Complex won two awards in the Quality Building Award 2024, including the “Sustainable Development Award” and a Merit prize in the “Hong Kong Non-Residential (New Building – Government, Institution or Community” category. Quality Building Award is co-organised by Hong Kong’s professional parties in the construction sector and aimed at recognising buildings with outstanding designs and qualities.

The Complex was inaugurated in 2022, consisting of the low block the Kunkle Student Centre and the High Block the Leung Fung Yee Building. With its architectural and environmental achievement, the Complex has already won multiple awards, including the Grand Award of “Green Building Award 2023” under New Building Category (Completed Projects – Institutional).
