Professor Kwan Mei Po, Head of Chung Chi College, was elected Fellow of the Geographical Society of China in 2024, which is the highest lifetime honor in the field of geography in China. She also received the 2024 Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Association of Chinese Professionals in Geographic Information Sciences (CPGIS).
