The 92nd Congregation for the Conferment of Degrees of CUHK was held on 9 November 2023. Three persons with remarkable contributions to society and the University, including College Trustee Chair Dr. Chan Tak Lam Norman, were honoured. Dr. Chan was the former Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority until he retired in 2019, and its Founding Executive Director in the 1990s. Our hearty congratulations!
