Tonia has been an incredibly supportive and friendly mentor throughout our interactions. Despite both of us having busy schedules, she consistently took the time to check in on me and offer encouraging words. Our conversations have been incredibly fruitful and have covered a range of topics including managing anxiety related to the future, tips for job hunting, and potential career directions. What sets Tonia apart as a mentor is her ability to create a comfortable and open space for discussion. Our conversations were not limited to professional development, but also included personal experiences, such as our shared love of travel. Tonia's approachable and personable demeanor allowed me to feel at ease sharing my thoughts and concerns with her. Overall, I feel very fortunate to have had Tonia as a mentor.
