1. Application will be accepted freshmen who has assigned a hostel place in 2024/25 only
2. If applicants do not receive the notification email on successful transfer by September 6, 2024, they shall consider their application failed and should check in to the hostel originally assigned on September 8.
3. Resident who want to transfer hostel shall NOT check-in their originally assigned hostel.
4. Application for transferring hostel AFTER check-in will not be proceed.
